A smooth delivery relies on right-first-time execution. As noted in our shipping update, all engine and radiator fluids are completely drained prior to leaving the factory to comply with international maritime safety guidelines.
Before turning the ignition key for the very first time, our team remained in close contact with the on-site technical team to walk through the standard post-delivery checklist:
Coolant System Recommissioning: The radiator drain bolt was verified and secured, and the technical team filled the system with approximately 20 Liters of fresh coolant to ensure reliable engine temperature regulation.
On-Site Operations Support: To ensure the field operators had immediate access to maintenance details without searching through paper records, the complete ZTW30-25 Operation & Maintenance Manual (PDF) was provided digitally for instant reference on their mobile devices.
With the standard fluid top-ups and pre-start inspections completed efficiently by the client's local technicians, the golden ZTW30-25 backhoe loader successfully powered up and drove out of the container on its first attempt. The machine is now fully deployed on-site, operating smoothly, and taking on heavy auxiliary industrial work.
